                           Braimah Sulley Shardow (1916 -1987)

              (aka. Baba Mai Masa / Babus / Baba Burma)

                                                         

           He was with the Ghana Prisons Service from 1947

           until he retired as a Deputy Superintendent of Prisons

           in 1977. He had been in the army and fought in Burma

           during the 2nd World War. On his return he was discharged

           and then recruited as a trainer in the Prisons Service.

           He died on Friday the 13th of February, 1987.
